North Nibley is situated in Gloucestershire on the western edge of the Cotswolds, roughly half way between Dursley (to the north) and Wotton‑under‑Edge (to the south). High above the village stands the Tyndale Monument, erected to commemorate the birthplace of William Tyndale the first translator of the Bible into English.

In the centre of the village, at the cross‑roads, is the Black Horse inn (marked PH on the map).

To find St Martin’s Church, start at the cross‑roads and take the minor road to the west (Church Lane); after about half a mile you should see the church, straight ahead, at a fork in the road (marked with a red disc on the map).

Parking is allowed on the ground between the two roads in front of the church gate. For those who like a walk between rehearsal and refreshment, there is a car park opposite the Black Horse.
